At 51, she’s also the youngest Bay Stater on Forbes’ list, where her $12.7 billion net worth puts her at No. 74. But she and Ned aren’t the only billionaires in the Johnson family, according to Bloomberg.”

Below are the percentage changes in NATICK single family sales for the year end 2012 as compared to 2011.

SALES Units………….. flat

Dollar Volume……….+ 9.9%

Median Price…………+6.8%

The real story behind the numbers for 2012 is that Natick had a big comeback in the sale of higher end homes, homes sold at $700,000 or greater.  The number of homes sales over $700,000 increased 51.3% in 2012 as compared to 2011!

Patriots Super Quarterback Tom Brady has a new princess in his life – and she’s sure to wrap Daddy around her little finger!  Vivian Lake Brady arrived December 5, marking her appearance as the newest member of the Brady bunch!

Gisele posted a photo and announcement on her Facebook – the photo is just of little baby Vivian’s hand, taken by Gisele.

Gisele’s message: “We feel so lucky to have been able to experience the miracle of birth once again and are forever grateful for the opportunity to be the parents of another little angel. Vivian Lake was born at home on December 5. She is healthy and full of life.
Thank you all for your support and well wishes. We wish you and your families many blessings.”

Natick High School 2012 SAT Scores – Mark Milestone

The 2012 SAT scores have just been released and Natick students exceeded state averages in the latest results!

The 284 Natick students who took the SATs this year achieved scores of 535 in critical reading, 563 in math, and 531 in writing.

The statewide average is 506 for reading, 523 for math, and 500 for writing.

The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education said in a prepared statement that Massachusetts public high school students have made a 12-point gain in math over the past decade, and that overall student participation in the test has increased.

While the 2012 average score fell in reading from 2011, this year’s scores contributed to a fine showing by greater Boston’s west suburban schools.

Wellesley, Weston, and Needham also marked incredibly strong performances, with these communities achieving top spots in scores for the entire state.  Wellesley led Massachusetts’ students performance “with a combined average score of 1881, according to data released Tuesday by the College Board, which administers the SATs. Acton-Boxborough Regional had the second highest overall score at 1876.”
