Hello john,
I am a 27yr young working professional, quite naive in the buying home strategy and was wondering as to how much do you think Nouvelle (Natick) 1 BR are worth? I see their listed price is way higher than the min bid price – which offcourse is understandable but understanding the current trend and economy – are they worth the listed?
Please acknlowledge. I may plan to seek some of your advise and service for my 1BR descently priced 1BR condos around this area.

The current pricing structure at Nouvelle was based on the Auction results last Fall. The market seems to be accepting the small price increases since last Fall signaling that the bottom of the market has likely past us and we are now in a period of stability with the prospect of slow sustainable growth.
