Falling into the Winter Doldrums – Natick Real Estate

The number of single family homes SOLD in NATICK for the month of November 2010 remained flat as compared to the same period in 2009. For the first eleven months of 2010, year to date sales of single family homes in Natick declined a modest 5.8%  At the end of  November 2010 both units and dollar value of inventory on hand in Natick remained level with the same period of 2009.


Below are percentage changes in NATICK for the periods in 2010 as compared to the same periods in 2009:

Median Price………………… -9.4%………………………………….. -4.2%

Past experience suggests the next month or two will be seasonally slow with an uptick in February or March, depending on how severe winter weather becomes.
