If you’ve been stuck in a “recession depression,” which by the way is something the Irish have been known to flirt with, then it’s time to start prepping for the grandest of holidays – St. Patrick’s Day!
And what better way than having a “top secret” performance in Boston by the Emerald Isle’s favorite sons - U2 !!!
The Irish chaps are rumored to be winging their way to the Hub on March 11th for a special gig for a few select fans at a location yet to be disclosed.*(see update)
According to WBZ, radio station MIX 98.5 will be giving away tickets to the performance on Tuesday, March 10th.

WBCN, WLZX and WBOS are also expected to be offering concert tickets.
U2Tours.com is expected to make an official announcement on March 9th.
So hoist a Guiness,
