The State Department of Education has released the SAT scores for the school year 2007. And while much of the information is as expected, there are a number of surprises…
Included in the Top 100 is Natick at Number 68. Stats include a combined score of 1591.
Needham is in the Number 17 slot, combined score of 1731.
Wellesley landed at Number 6, combined score of 1822.
And the number 5 position was earned by Weston with a combined score of 1841.
Dover-Sherborn ranked in the Top 10 with 1796, and the number 10 position.
The Number 2 slot went to Boston Latin with 1866.
And drumroll please…in the Number 1 position was the Mass. Academy for Math and Sciences with 1987.

In a surprise showing to some, was regional high school Acton-Boxborough at number 4 with 1855, and former powerhouse Brookline at number 18 with 1727.
Harvard captured the number 7 slot with 1819 and Lexington landed at number 3 with 1863.
Newton North came in at number 12 with 1770.
Concord-Carlisle was number 9 with 1797.
And the Top Ten was rounded out with Newton South in the number 8 position with a combined score of 1810.

Holliston Number 32 Combined Score: 1673
Hopkinton Number 37 Combined Score: 1663
Westwood Number 30 Combined Score: 1681
